A charming boxed Monchhichi Friends Kuma Bear by Sekiguchi, part of the revived Monchhichi Friends character range.
Kuma is the much-loved brown bear character from the wider Monchhichi family, featuring soft brown fur, his distinctive vinyl face, blue gingham bib with white lace trim and classic thumb-sucking pose.
This version was reissued by Sekiguchi in 2019, recreating the nostalgic look of the earlier Monchhichi Friends designs. It comes presented in the original pastel floral Monchhichi Friends display box, making it especially appealing for collectors.
Measuring approximately 20 cm high × 13 cm wide × 7.5 cm deep, Kuma is a nicely sized display plush with plenty of presence rather than a miniature or keychain-style piece.
A lovely collectible for Monchhichi fans, Japanese character collectors or anyone looking for one of the less commonly seen Monchhichi Friends characters.
