Cancellation policy
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Pre-orders normally require full payment at checkout. Any different payment arrangement will be stated in the pre-order details.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you wish to cancel or amend an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your name, order number and details of the pre-order you wish to cancel or amend.
Returns and cancellations
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling your purchase. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will include the price paid for the returned goods and the applicable standard outward delivery charge.
Additional charges for premium or upgraded delivery services are not normally refundable.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
